Fiona trained as a nurse, midwife and health visitor and worked as an NHS manager for many years.

She then ran a medical consultancy with her husband until he decided to retire.

Fiona has been involved with the breast unit campaign since its inception in 2006 and has chaired WBUH since 2016.

Fiona has been a magistrate since 2005 and sits regularly in the adult and family panels. She is also a trustee of YSS and is particularly interested in the work they do with the criminal justice system.

Fiona is a deputy Lord Lieutenant in Worcestershire supporting the LL Beatrice Grant.

In her personal life she has four grown up children and four grandchildren and enjoys cooking gardening and pilates.
