Natalie Wurmli

Natalie lives in Worcestershire and has a Human Resources background. She spent more than three decades working in HR leadership roles across the NHS, Charity, PLC and cooperative sectors and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). She retired from her professional career in 2018 but still maintains an interest in the changing employment landscape.

She developed breast cancer in 2021 and benefited first hand from the amazing support provided by the Worcestershire Breast Unit Haven. She knows what a difference the work done by the Unit can make and is delighted and proud to be a Trustee.
