Lexi has been a valued member of the Worcestershire Breast Unit Haven Charity team for over 10 years, playing a key role in its growth and success.
During her time with the charity, she has overseen its development from a small team of two into a thriving, dedicated team of six; expanding the support it provides while raising vital funds for an incredibly important cause that touches the lives of so many.
Driven by a genuine passion for helping others, Lexi began her career after university with a London-based Learning & Development company, where she worked with psychology-based techniques and championed the power of a positive mindset. In early 2014, she and her husband relocated to Worcester.
After spending two years working remotely, she was delighted to join the Worcestershire Breast Unit Haven Charity in May 2016—a role that has allowed her to combine her professional experience with her commitment to making a meaningful difference in the local community.
